What is the Learner Agency Partnership all about?
The Learner Agency Partnership is a 12-month package combining professional learning, action research, expert support and mentoring and across-school collaboration and sharing to implement strategies designed to increase Learner Agency in your school.

Professional Learning Days
The partnership includes three days of professional learning where all partnership schools come together in Hamilton.
We will commence the partnership with our first session in February, and meet again in August to review our collective results.
Dates
Initial 2-day session: Thursday 20th and Friday 21st February 2020
Final 1-day session: one day in week of 10th August 2020 (TBC)

Support and Resources
Each school will receive:
- Access to James Anderson's Transforming Teaching and Learning with Growth Mindset online course for all staff (valued at $3000).
- All resources from the professional learning days.
- Facilitated sharing of research, experiences and outcomes from across the partnership schools.
- Ongoing mentoring and support from James via email, phone and web conference throughout 2020. Your team will get the support when they need it.
Partnership Fee
(prices are per school)
- Small School (less than 100 students) - NZ$2500 + gst
- Medium School (100 - 300) - NZ$3500 +gst
- Large School (300 + students) - NZ$4000 +gst
Schools are invited to send their Learner Agency Team (comprising up to 5 teachers) to the professional learning days.
The Learner Agency Partnership includes significant action research and ongoing mentoring. To ensure every school receives James' complete support, there are a limited number of places available.
There are only four places remaining for the 2020 partnership.
